This policy outlines our care recommendations and repair terms to ensure your pieces remain in exceptional condition for years to come.

1. Care Recommendations
To preserve the brilliance and integrity of your ZALXNDRA piece:
Jewelry:
- — Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
- — Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
- — Store in its original pouch or box to prevent scratches
- — Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth
Watches:
- — Keep away from magnetic fields and extreme temperatures
- — Avoid strong shocks or impacts
- — Ensure water resistance is maintained with regular servicing (if applicable)
- — Use only a certified service center for battery replacements or adjustments
Leather goods:
- — Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or humidity
- — Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
- — Use a soft cloth to gently wipe clean
- — Do not use chemical cleaners or solvents
2. Complimentary Repair Period
We offer complimentary repairs for eligible manufacturing defects within 6 months of purchase. This includes:
- — Faulty clasps, closures, or mountings
- — Defective chain soldering
- — Loose or fallen gemstones (if due to manufacturing fault)
- — Watch timekeeping issues (excluding battery depletion)
To qualify:
- — You must provide original proof of purchase
- — The issue must be due to craftsmanship, not misuse or accidental damage
- — The item must not have been altered or repaired by a third party
Shipping costs for repairs within the 6-month period may be covered at our discretion.
3. Paid Repairs After 6 Months
We offer a paid repair service for damage due to:
- — Wear and tear
- — Accidental damage (dents, scratches, breakage)
- — Lost gemstones or settings
- — Leather strap replacement or restoration
- — Out-of-warranty watch servicing
After evaluating the item, we will provide a quote for the repair and estimated turnaround time. Repairs are only conducted upon your written approval.
4. Exclusions
The following are not covered under any repair or warranty service:
- — Products damaged by improper care, negligence, or misuse
- — Theft or loss
- — Changes in color or texture due to natural wear
- — Items altered or repaired by a non-authorized party
- — Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or ultrasonic cleaners
5. Turnaround Time
Typical repair times range from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity and part availability. We will notify you if more time is required.
6. Shipping for Repairs
Customers are responsible for:
- — Safely packaging the item for transit
- — Shipping the item to our designated repair center
- — Insuring the parcel during transit
ZALXNDRA is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
7. Custom Alterations
We do not guarantee repairs for customized or bespoke items outside of manufacturing defects. Alterations may affect the structural integrity or aesthetic balance of the piece and are done at your own risk.
